What is the main focus with the average client?

We focus where you need us most. You will begin by strengthening your personal foundation, setting goals based on your values, and eliminating those irritating little things we just seem to tolerate in life. Where do I go for coaching?

Most people prefer coaching sessions are conducted over the telephone because the benefits of phone coaching are significant.

We have found that coaching over the phone allows clients to open up more fully and provides you with flexibility in your environment.  Instead of worrying about what you may look like, or how you are going to drive to my office in “this weather”, you stay in the privacy of your own home so you can really focus on the work at hand.  And coaching over the phone also allows you to work with me regardless which city or state you live in. Wow! What convenience!

We do have an office in Grand Rapids, Michigan, however, if clients like to work in-person.

What is your Coaching style?

My coaching style has been described as warm and honest. I push my clients out of their comfort zones but not beyond their limits. I am there in a safe and respectful environment to celebrate their successes and to support them when they stumble.

What results can I expect working with a coach?

Although the coaching experience is different for everyone, many of my clients report the following common outcomes:

How long will it take me to make the necessary changes?

Your coaching is entirely individualized; you are the one who decides what goals you want to work on and when you have accomplished them.   Some people have single issues they need to resolve. Other times, we work with clients who are looking for balance in several areas of their lives and are willing to commit more time and energy to improving those issues.

How much will I need to invest?

We have different packages to fit your budget, depending on what you want to achieve and how fast you want to get there. It can involve weekly sessions or we can customize the plan that is right for you.

I am so confident that you will find real value in the coaching, that I require no contracts. But I suggest clients make a mental commitment for at least 3 months of coaching. Most clients choose to continue in their coaching relationship for between 8 months to 2 years, simply because of the benefits they realize in their lives.

What about confidentiality?

Everything we talk about is 100% confidential and unless you tell someone that we are working together (or give me your express permission to do so) no one will know that we have spoken or what we have spoken about.
